💼 About This Role

You'll join our Business Innovation team to bridge business pain points and technical solutions. You'll own the full lifecycle of internal products, build apps in Retool, and optimise Salesforce to make everyone around you more effective.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day hygiene of Asana project boards.
• Build Retool apps to automate internal tasks.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks with Salesforce team.
• Act as front door for new requests and gather requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years in technical or operations-heavy environment.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or advanced Excel formulas.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator able to explain technical updates to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with SQL or JavaScript.
• Prior exposure to Salesforce.
• Portfolio of built automations or projects.
