Lead and manage a software engineering team to deliver OEM enablement projects, bringing Ubuntu to millions of users. You'll recruit, mentor, and coordinate with global teams to ensure quality products and resolve technical challenges with partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, preferably computer science or software engineering
• Proven track record in technical roles with Linux, preferably Ubuntu or Debian
• Experience with management responsibilities
• Ability to work in a globally distributed team
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and enable team members to succeed
• Set goals, prioritize tasks, and measure team health
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
• Monitor projects from kickoff to post-mortem and handle escalations
• Communicate and resolve technical challenges with OEMs, ODMs, and partners
