You'll lead target validation for RNA editing therapeutics at a biotech using AI-driven drug discovery. Your core impact is advancing the pipeline through data-driven go/no-go decisions. This leadership role combines hands-on bench work with strategic oversight.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead liver biology target validation strategy and execution.
  • Serve as senior liver biology subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with Target Identification team on models and assays.
  • Present data-driven go/no-go decisions on novel targets.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • PhD in biological sciences with 6+ years post-graduate experience in in vitro pharmacology.
  • 3+ years building and leading teams for therapeutic program goals.
  • Hands-on experience with in vitro liver disease models and functional assays.
  • Hands-on experience with gene editing or oligonucleotide therapeutics.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with advanced in vitro liver models like iPSC derived cells or organoids.
  • Prior experience executing studies with CROs.
  • Experience planning regulatory packages including IND submissions.
