You'll drive day-to-day gym execution while ensuring every member experience reflects empowerment, inclusivity, and community. You'll lead by example on the gym floor, maintaining a clean and service-focused environment. This role offers the chance to be part of Gymshark's first-ever public gym in Wynwood, Miami.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent Gymshark's culture and values as a brand advocate
• Open and close the club as keyholder
• Act as Manager on Duty in management's absence
• Assist with daily operations and strategic goals

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year as keyholder with opening/closing responsibility
• Customer service excellence
• Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50 lbs

• Spanish proficiency
• CPR certified
