You'll join Farfetch's Operations team in Porto, serving as the face of a leading luxury fashion marketplace. You'll handle customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone to ensure exceptional service for global consumers and partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and telephone.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and partners.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in fashion.
• Fluent French and English (mandatory).
• Proficient in IT systems and Windows packages.
