Description
You will manage territory accounts in the Philadelphia area, building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to drive adoption of bezuclastinib for Systemic Mastocytosis and GIST. You'll analyze territory performance, execute account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and advance patient care.
Requirements
- BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience, with preference for Rare Disease/Oncology/Hematology
- Strong clinical selling, communication, and presentation skills
- Collaborative team player with success in matrixed settings
- Prior experience in large accounts and/or hospitals required
Responsibilities
- Support and manage territory accounts by creating relationships with physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and business stakeholders
- Maintain deep understanding of territory including opinion leaders, treatment trends, payer dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Create and execute comprehensive territory plans, deliver branded sales messages, and achieve sales targets
- Demonstrate clinical/disease/product expertise and deliver strategic customer education
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and execute key tactics
