π― What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, Slack, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
- Manage 20-30 open customer conversations at a time
- Spot trends and share insights with internal teams
π Requirements
- Proven experience in merchant or customer support
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with multitasking and managing priorities

- Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, SQL, or BI platforms
- Experience with weekend support
