Description

You will lead and grow a team of engineers focused on building enterprise governance and security systems, including AI governance controls. Partner with product and design to drive strategy and execution for Airtable's largest customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an engineer (staff or TL level) and 2+ years as manager or equivalent
• Strong customer focus and experience working with Product Managers
• Experience navigating large, complex systems
• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environment
• Experience in growing and mentoring engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of high-functioning engineers
• Partner with engineering leaders to drive technical decisions and initiatives
• Nurture and coach engineers at all levels
• Collaborate with product and design on short and long-term strategy
• Implement processes to help the team scale and be productive
