🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and develop the Americas accounting team
• Lead monthly Regional results including P&L, BS and commentary
• Review and improve Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Support SOX compliance and local audits

📋 Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with 5+ years post-qualified experience in industry
• Excellent technical accounting skills
• Excellent English language skills
• Knowledge of US GAAP and reporting preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of local Colombia accounting and tax
• Desire to learn and use Workday Financials
