Description

You will serve as the senior contracts authority, owning the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts. Initially individual-contributor-heavy, you will personally manage and negotiate critical agreements while building the contracts function from the ground up, ultimately leading a team as the company grows.

Requirements

• Senior contracts authority experience with government and commercial contracts
• Expertise in FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and export control compliance
• Proven ability to negotiate complex terms and conditions
• Experience building contracts functions and teams
• Strong risk assessment and strategic advisory skills

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end contract lifecycle for U.S. Government, prime, and subcontract agreements
• Lead negotiations of terms and conditions including pricing, data rights, IP, indemnification, and risk allocation
• Draft, review, and manage contracts such as prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, CRADAs, and commercial agreements
• Serve as primary interface with Government Contracting Officers, primes, and key customers
• Design and implement scalable contracts policies, procedures, templates, and approval workflows
