💼 About This Role

You'll lead the modernization of the UGC Product House into a scalable, self-serve platform while shaping the technical roadmap for infrastructure improvements. You'll drive engineering excellence across multiple teams, balancing hands-on technical contribution with people leadership to enable fast, reliable product delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and align the modernization roadmap for UGC Product House.
• Lead and mentor the Infrastructure Modernization Team.
• Embed within Experience Teams to execute modernization initiatives.
• Contribute hands-on to complex design, architecture, and POCs.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years as a senior backend, platform, or infrastructure engineer
• At least 2 years leading engineers or driving cross-team technical initiatives
• Proven track record of leading modernization or large-scale technical transformation
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and service architectures

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and LLM APIs
