Description

As a Physical Therapist with InHome Therapy, you will deliver in-home rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients in the Spring, TX area. You'll conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families on recovery and fall prevention. This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and comprehensive support.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
• Ability to work with adult and geriatric populations

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
