💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale a high-performing Sales Engineering team for Torq's AI-native autonomous SecOps platform, working with Fortune 500 customers. You'll drive regional SE strategy, coach your team through complex deals, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to achieve revenue goals. This role offers the chance to represent Torq externally as a thought leader at industry events.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale a high-performing Sales Engineering team.
  • Develop and execute regional SE strategy aligned with global sales objectives.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Engineers through complex deals.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive revenue goals.
  • Ensure process discipline with CRM systems and reporting accuracy.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership managing pre-sales or sales engineering teams in SaaS/cybersecurity.
  • 7+ years overall experience in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture.
  • Technical depth in Cloud Security and automation; hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and APIs.
  • Strong familiarity with cybersecurity products (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Cloud Security, Email Security).

  • Experience engaging with Fortune 1000 customers.
  • Familiarity with Torq's platform or similar AI-driven security solutions.
