💼 About This Role

You'll own feature development end-to-end as a full-stack engineer in a small, hybrid team. You'll ship with minimal process, use AI coding tools as your default workflow, and bring product curiosity to every decision. This role is for engineers who reinvest AI leverage into deeper product ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own feature development end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, iterating.
• Maintain and extend existing codebases with quality and speed.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) as primary workflow.
• Read product metrics to understand feature performance.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of full-stack development experience.
• React Native on frontend required.
• Daily fluency with at least one AI coding tool.
• Product curiosity and ability to think beyond just building.

✨ Nice to Have

• Golang on backend.
• Experience in gaming or consumer apps.
• Prior exposure to product thinking or owning a feature roadmap.
