💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is helping train new recruits, managing daily operations, and meeting sales targets. Use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds
