Description
You will own end-to-end engineering accountability for platforms and systems that over 2.5 million traders depend on daily, including desktop, web, and mobile trading applications and real-time backend infrastructure, reporting to the CTO and leading a multi-director organization to build a durable, high-performing engineering culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-director engineering organization spanning client platforms (Desktop, Web, Mobile) and real-time trading systems
- Set the tone for engineering culture, accountability, and craft
- Own performance management and drive transformation while maintaining stability
- Ensure predictable execution at scale for a 24x7 mission-critical trading platform
