You'll own accounts payable and procure-to-pay workflows for a renewable energy company scaling from R&D to manufacturing. Your work will ensure clean, accurate financial data in NetSuite. This high-ownership role offers exposure to AI and automation to modernize accounting processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own accounts payable and procure-to-pay workflows.
• Manage vendor onboarding, invoice intake, and payment processing.
• Ensure accurate transaction coding and month-end close tasks.
• Identify and improve manual workflows using automation and AI.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
• U.S. GAAP fundamentals and month-end close support.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills and technology-forward mindset.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CPA-track background.
• Startup or manufacturing environment experience.
• Experience with procure-to-pay workflows or ERP implementations.
