💼 About This Role

You'll drive the success of a large ARR book of business for a hotel tech unicorn. You'll advise senior customer stakeholders on best practice use of Mews solutions and manage the entire customer journey. This role offers unlimited paid holiday and equity participation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer management for adoption, expansion, and renewal
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
• Track customer health and identify growth opportunities
• Manage contracting for large renewal and growth deals

📋 Requirements

• Located in Spain or France
• Fluency in English and Spanish or French
• Proven experience in Customer Success Management for large accounts in SaaS
• Strong stakeholder management skills up to C level

• Hospitality tech experience with PMS or hotel tech solutions
• Project management experience across complex technology programs
• Experience with agentic AI technologies for workflow optimization
