Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and results-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptable and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Satisfactory background checks
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
  • Ensure job postings are regularly updated and accurate
  • Post job ads on company website, social media, and job boards
  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates to build talent pipelines
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Work with HR and hiring managers to understand organizational needs
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders for a seamless recruitment process
  • Contribute to employer branding by showcasing company values and culture
  • Maintain candidate records in applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
  • Support special projects to strengthen recruitment process
