You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source and engage candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Your work will directly support operations in New Hampshire and help attract talent aligned with Aspire's mission of empowering neurodiverse individuals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and results-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset
- Satisfactory background checks
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Ensure job postings are regularly updated and accurate
- Post job ads on company website, social media, and job boards
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates to build talent pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and communicate with candidates throughout the process
- Work with HR and hiring managers to understand organizational needs
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders for a seamless recruitment process
- Contribute to employer branding by showcasing company values and culture
- Maintain candidate records in applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
- Support special projects to strengthen recruitment process
