💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business and expand AppZen's presence across large enterprise organizations in Germany and the DACH region. You'll own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through contract negotiation and closing. This role focuses on landing new enterprise customers and building long-term strategic relationships with senior finance leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and develop a strategic enterprise territory across Germany/DACH
  • Drive net-new business and expand AppZen's footprint within large organizations
  • Lead value-based, executive-level conversations with CFOs and Finance Directors
  • Manage long sales cycles (6-12+ months) with large deal sizes

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a focus on new business acquisition
  • Proven success selling into large, complex enterprise organizations
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing multi-stakeholder deals
  • Fluent in German and English

  • Experience engaging with C-level and senior finance stakeholders
  • Strong account planning and territory management capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
