You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store while focusing on the in-store experience. This role combines customer service with pop culture passion for a civic-minded brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales at the register.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
