🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability tests
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade test environments
• Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with teams
• Evolve performance test labs and monitor environments

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in performance/load testing
• Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration
• Understanding of system internals: CPU, memory, storage, networking
• English proficiency for daily communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) profiling
• Scripting or test automation experience
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
