🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and deliver traffic engineering projects
• Pursue new business opportunities and client relationships
• Build and mentor a local traffic engineering team
• Coordinate with senior leaders on strategic development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Extensive traffic engineering experience leading projects
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification
• TxDOT project experience
• Experience with Synchro 10 and traffic simulation software
