💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the senior financial and operational leader, owning the company's financial health and scaling systems. You'll partner with the CEO to drive capital efficiency and operational excellence as we grow rapidly in the AI and energy technology space. This role offers the chance to build from 0→1 in a venture-backed startup backed by Radical Ventures and NVIDIA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, burn rate, and runway planning.
• Design and implement scalable operational systems.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in finance and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in venture-backed startup financial planning.
• Hands-on experience with fundraising and investor relations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as first finance leader at a Seed–Series B startup.
• Experience scaling a company from pre-revenue to meaningful ARR.
