You'll use motivational interviewing and solution-focused approaches to help individuals access therapy, coaching, or medication. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide clinical support and psychoeducation on a phone queue.
• Assess risks and provide crisis support and safety planning.
• Coordinate connection to appropriate care and services.
• Document interactions and communicate via email.

📋 Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist.
• 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning.
• Knowledge of CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused interventions.
