You'll define and verify requirements for flight guidance, navigation, and control features on eVTOL aircraft. You'll plan and execute verification activities including simulation and flight test campaigns to ensure safety-critical features are robust. Your work will directly impact certification and the path to scalable production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and refine requirements for flight guidance, navigation and control features.
• Plan and execute system-level verification and validation activities.
• Develop flight and simulation test cases for worst-case conditions.
• Analyze flight test data to evaluate compliance with requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in flight control systems, verification, or flight test support.
• Solid understanding of flight dynamics, state estimation, and control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to define requirements and design verification strategies for safety-critical systems.
• Experience planning or executing flight test activities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Simulink Test, test harness creation, and coverage analysis.
• Familiarity with DO-178C or other safety/reliability standards.
• Hands-on experience with UAVs or RC aircraft.
