• Lead HR strategy and operations across multiple regions
• Advise executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Design and implement scalable HR programs globally

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience including 4+ years in senior HR leadership
• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology-driven organizations
• Experience scaling HR functions across multiple regions including US and international markets
• Strong background in talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and compliance

• Experience with LATAM, EMEA, Japan markets
• Data-driven mindset with HRIS and workforce analytics tools
• Multi-jurisdictional employment law knowledge
