💼 About This Role

You'll lead IT service delivery for a member-owned cooperative serving agriculture and rural communities. You'll ensure exceptional customer experience through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement of end-user services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee planning and daily operation of IT services for internal users and clients.
• Lead IT Service Desk and End User Device Support functions for timely incident resolution.
• Ensure consistent execution of ITSM processes aligned to SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and proactive monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in service delivery roles.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing service desk or IT operations teams.
• Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and service delivery best practices.

• Experience in financial services or cooperative environment.
• Certification in ITIL or related ITSM framework.
• Experience with service desk tools like ServiceNow.
