You'll lead the design and development of data warehouse and analytics platforms at a Series C AI-native startup. You'll mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices across the entire stack. Collaborate with product teams to solve complex problems with elegant solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement analytical platforms for customer dashboards.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse schemas for efficient querying.
• Oversee data propagation from source databases to warehouse tools.
• Ensure architectural extensibility and scalability for future needs.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of backend and infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on with large scale databases and high scale messaging systems.
• Proven experience building high scale data platforms.
• Strong expertise in data warehouse schema design (star schema, fact tables).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud, Django, Postgres, Celery, Redis.
• Some experience with AI infrastructure and operations.
