You'll lead daily operations in our Fulfillment Center, managing a team of over 100 warehouse employees. You'll drive logistical process optimization and balance operational leadership with strategic projects. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of team leaders and over 100 warehouse employees.
• Steer daily operations and ensure all tasks are reliably completed during your shift.
• Execute optimization projects to improve logistical processes.
• Balance operational leadership (3-4 days) with strategic office work (1-2 days).

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• First practical experience in a warehouse environment (internships, working student roles).
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional Saturdays.
