Description

You will own student conversion and revenue targets for an assigned region by building and managing a high-performing network of education agents. This involves end-to-end partner performance management, including activation, training, lead quality, funnel movement, and conversions, to drive student enrollment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own regional student conversion and revenue targets through channel partners
• Build and execute a plan to grow applications and enrolments month-on-month
• Track and improve funnel movement: lead, counselling, application, offer, enrolment
• Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential education agents in your territory
• Run structured partner rhythms: weekly check-ins, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching
