You'll drive growth within Toptal's Customer team by building and managing a portfolio of Net New and Core accounts. You'll prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close opportunities using consultative selling and strategic account management. This role requires a scrappy, client-obsessed professional energized by face-to-face interaction in the field.

- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new opportunities.
- Manage and expand existing client relationships.

📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7-10+ years of enterprise account management experience.
- Proven consultative selling skills and client-facing experience.

- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
