Description

As a Speech Therapist with BAYADA, you will provide early intervention therapy to children in natural environments like homes and childcare settings. You'll partner with families using a coaching-based approach to support child development, with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support child's development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments (homes, childcare, playgrounds, libraries)
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
