💼 About This Role

You'll support the HR team in day-to-day operations across recruiting, benefits, and employee experience at a global financial services firm. You'll contribute to process improvements and system enhancements while gaining hands-on exposure across multiple HR areas. This internship runs Summer 2026 with a possible extension through December.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communication.
• Maintain and update employee data across HR systems.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest in using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve workflows.
