💼 About This Role

You'll prepare and support quarterly/annual SEC and DOT filings including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, applying U.S. GAAP to complex transactions. You'll drive process improvements and SOX compliance across the organization. This role offers the chance to work with automation and AI in financial reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts for equity, debt, leases
• Prepare and review financial statements for quarterly/annual filings
• Assist in month-end close procedures and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with DOT reporting requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum three years of related experience including public accounting and SOX/internal controls
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• CPA or working toward obtaining CPA certification

• Experience with Workiva
• Experience with SAP and Ariba
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
