Requirements

• Extensive product management experience with team management and successful launches
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code; ability to build and debug functional code
• Experience in B2B SaaS industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strategic thinking and customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company vision
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers
• Collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, design, marketing, etc.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs to identify improvements
• Evangelize product area internally and externally
