💼 About This Role

You'll develop and execute modernization and interoperability plans with allied defense partners across INDOPACOM. Your work will directly enhance network-enabled warfighting capabilities through close coordination with multinational staffs and DoD acquisition organizations. This hybrid role in Hawaii offers the chance to shape international defense strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute interoperability and modernization plans with allied defense partners.
• Serve as liaison across U.S. and partner nation staffs for DoD strategic alignment.
• Coordinate with acquisition and program offices for secure C4 capabilities.
• Analyze systems and architectures to enhance connectivity and mission effectiveness.
• Represent the organization at multinational forums and working groups.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in security cooperation or foreign military engagement.
• 3+ years experience working with non-U.S. Government officials.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (current preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or similar.
• Active passport with at least 6 months validity.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Program Executive Offices or DSCA.
• Familiarity with C2 structures and Pacific theater operations.
• Master’s degree or PMP/Agile certification.
