🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases in AP style.
• Identify newsworthy transactions and agent achievements.
• Build relationships with agents, leadership, and media contacts.
• Track and analyze PR performance metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in PR, journalism, or marketing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with AP style knowledge.
• Available to support Pacific Time Zone business hours.

✨ Nice to Have

• Real estate, financial services, or brokerage experience.
• Experience pitching stories to media outlets.
• Proficiency with Asana or Monday.com.
