You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to shape strategy and create a cohesive retirement experience. Your core impact is improving adoption and retention by designing across payroll and retirement touchpoints. This role stands out for being part of an AI-native design organization where you'll use AI to prototype ideas quickly and ship quality UX.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define customer problems and strategy with Product Management.
• Drive full design process from scoping to shipped experiences.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear flows and UI patterns.
• Provide thoughtful critique and mentorship to design peers.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design with shipped portfolio.
• End-to-end design process experience from concept to delivery.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data.
• Experience designing financial or retirement products preferred.

• Experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows.
