Description

You will lead go-to-market efforts for a fast-growing behavioral health startup, managing a regional team to drive patient admissions and build partnerships with referral sources. Your work will directly expand access to life-saving care for at-risk youth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA
• 6-10+ years business development experience including 2-3+ years in sales leadership
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in B2B/outreach account development

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Outreach Directors and Managers to meet regional performance goals
• Measure and own KPIs across the region, reporting upwards monthly
• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships
