You'll join our rapid response build team to develop automated workflows using Power Automate and AI solutions, removing manual drudgery for operations teams. Your work directly impacts operational efficiency across Enrollment, Clinical, and Provider teams. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools like Gemini in a Fortune 500 environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop automation flows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Implement AI solutions for text processing tasks.
• Monitor bot health and troubleshoot failed runs.
• Conduct unit and user acceptance testing.
• Document runbooks and process definitions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Software Development or Data Engineering.
• 3+ years expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in API Integration (REST/SOAP) and SQL.
• Familiarity with LLMs like Gemini or Claude for productivity.

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic scripting in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with SharePoint lists and libraries.
• Familiarity with Desktop flows.
