Description

You will set and execute the global HR operations strategy across all international markets, owning the design and governance of compliant, scalable, and people-centered HR operational frameworks. You will lead a globally distributed team, partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, and other teams, and drive innovation through technology, automation, and AI.

Requirements

• Deep expertise across global employment compliance, HR operations, and employer-of-record (EOR) models
• Strong customer and employee experience mindset
• Ability to translate legal, regulatory, and operational requirements into scalable processes
• Strategic and consultative leadership with executive-level communication skills
• Experience building global operating models and leading senior regional leaders

Responsibilities

• Set global vision, strategy, and operating model for HR Operations across full employee and customer lifecycle
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of regional HR Operations leaders and specialists
• Own global HR compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to local labor laws, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to shape HR-related product strategy and operational readiness
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to develop HR content, tooling, and education
