💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 5 Account Managers in Paris, driving monetization of the Fresha platform. You'll build relationships and educate Partners on the platform's value. This role requires in-office work five days a week and offers direct impact in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet KPIs on monetization and revenue growth.
• Proactively introduce and convert Partners on payments solution.
• Optimize listing content and availability for conversions.
• Partner with Sales and Onboarding teams for smooth handovers.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Account Management experience with commercial outcomes.
• Analytics experience using data to improve commercial outcomes.
• Teleprospecting or outbound call experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and French fluency.
