💼 About This Role

You'll combine customer success and sales engineering to help energy traders maximize Jua's AI weather platform. You'll own the full post-sale relationship, driving renewals and account growth while ensuring technology directly improves trading performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build trust-based relationships with key customers post-sale.
  • Lead onboarding and technical integrations with APIs and data pipelines.
  • Manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with the sales team.
  • Track account health and usage, proactively resolving issues.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of account management or customer success in a startup environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, APIs, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with energy trading markets and weather data influence.
  • Proven success managing renewals or upsells in a technical context.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with weather data interpretation.
  • Pre-sales or sales engineering background.
  • Knowledge of API integrations.
