Requirements

• 3+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• Portfolio showcasing AI and high-level digitally-native concepts
• AI fluency: using LLMs and image gen tools in workflow
• Growth mindset: adaptable, bold, solutions-oriented

Responsibilities

• Craft insight-driven concepts and copy for campaigns across digital touchpoints
• Actively use AI tools to accelerate ideation and iterate on copy
• Translate complex products into clear, emotionally resonant messaging
• Create creative proposals and decks that sell the big idea to clients
• Partner with Art Directors and Designers to sync copy and visual narratives
