You'll assist patrons with ticket distribution and general event information at the Midland Theater. Your role ensures smooth box office operations and excellent customer service. This position offers hands-on experience in live entertainment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist customers with ticket purchases via cash, credit, and vouchers.
• Manage will call and guest list distribution.
• Answer telephone inquiries about shows and tickets.
• Reconcile sales and will call receipts.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Experience with cash handling and credit card payments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Previous experience in events or music industry
• Experience with venue ticketing platform
