🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end event registration, attendee communication, and site builds.
• Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors to achieve sales targets.
• Manage onsite operations, AV production, and vendor coordination.
• Develop planning documentation, timelines, budgets, and post-event recaps.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of event management experience in corporate/tech environment
• Strategic project management with budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Event technology platforms like Swoogo, Google Suite, Slack
• 20-30% travel availability for onsite execution

• Hospitality, hotel sourcing, or contract negotiation experience
