🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor billing cycles, interest calculations, and fee assessments.
• Validate payment application, refunds, adjustments, and exception handling.
• Translate business requests into operational requirements for sub-servicer.
• Conduct root cause analysis and remediation for servicing defects.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in mortgage and/or HELOC servicing operations.
• Direct experience with mortgage/HELOC servicers in regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing lifecycle (payment processing, delinquency, loss mitigation).
• Familiarity with applicable regulatory frameworks (Reg X, Reg Z, FCRA, UDAAP, FDCPA).
