You'll champion Site Reliability Engineering principles within our DAMO service line, integrating automation and monitoring to enhance reliability. You'll drive the evolution from traditional operations to a customer-focused agile approach, ensuring fault tolerance and faster incident response. This role offers the opportunity to mentor other SREs and influence client engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Understand requirements and provide solutions to improve reliability
• Enhance incident management including prioritization matrix and post-mortem analysis
• Manage client stakeholder expectations during production incidents
• Mentor other SREs and collaborate with development leads

📋 Requirements

• Programming in Python, Golang, Shell scripting, Ruby, or Java
• DevOps and GitOps practices including CI/CD integration
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, ARM, or CloudFormation
• Observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, or equivalent

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Knowledge of network load balancing and security protocols
• Familiarity with SLI/SLO/SLA and chaos engineering
