You'll own FurtherAI's social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, partnering with the Marketing Lead and founders. You'll shape the voice of a fast-growing AI company in the insurance industry and drive brand growth through compelling content and community engagement. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to tell meaningful stories in a legacy industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage social media on LinkedIn, X, YouTube
• Plan, draft, schedule, and publish daily/weekly content
• Collaborate on campaign launches and thought leadership
• Edit and publish short-form video (YouTube Shorts)

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of full-time social media/content creation experience
• Previous experience in a startup environment
• Proficiency with video editing and design tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma)
• Based in San Francisco for in-person work
